• Marked WEASEL as Generally Available across the organization.*

* "Generally" does not currently include the Mobile team, who remain on v3.9.2 pending a migration with no assigned owner.

• Removed drop-shadow elevation from Card in favor of a 1px border, following an accessibility audit that found no shadow value met contrast requirements against light backgrounds.
• Updated the Figma library to reflect the new Card styling.

The Figma library was updated to include the new styling alongside the old one, which was left in place so existing files wouldn't break. Both are still there.

• Restored the Cancel button to the left side of all dialogs, following extensive user research indicating this placement is more intuitive. (An SVP mentioned at a team dinner that the right-side placement "felt backwards.")

• We've streamlined our color system by consolidating 34 semantic tokens down to 22! 🎉 Twelve token names your product currently references have been removed.
• A migration guide is available upon request.

• Restored the original primary navigation, now called Nav Classic, replacing Mega Nav.

• Introduced Mega Nav, replacing the original primary navigation, following extensive research into user wayfinding needs.
